The Atlantic's powerful westerly swells roll into Yzerfontein , making it a prime surfing spot. our house is walking distance from the best spot at Schaap Island. This is also a nice spot for the anglers to fish. You can watch the Wales and dolphins from the comfort of your bed or lounge.You also have unspoilt views of Dassen Island.

General
The charm of Yzerfontein beckons people who want to get away from the frenetic pace of the city and it is less than a hours drive from Cape town. There is a lovely boating club operating from the small fishing harbour which has a small-boat launching ramp.

Walking trails meander around the unspoiled natural beauty of the village. Although there is TV's with Mnet you will be in love with the pure sound of the sea from everywhere in the house. House and flat is fully equipped with bedding and all kitchen equipment. It is a newly build place which is nicely decorated.

Amount of rooms
Upstairs house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , kitchen , lounge , dining room and outside braai area. Down stairs - batchelors flat with open plan room lounge and kitchen and bathroom. Portable braai outside. Both offer extremely beautiful sea views.

• Watching an African sunset over the Atlantic.
• Immersing oneself in the spring flowers.
