A1 is situated in a tranquil safe area away from the hustle and bustle of town. We can boast that we have by far the best views then those living on the beach, high on the hill looking down, hence the reason we are here. 500m to Albatros Beach / surfers point close by.

Main House (Sleeps 6-8 people)
Two bathrooms, three bedrooms
Africa Room - en-suite, double bed which leads to a shady patio come braai area.
The Ocean Room - double bed
The Light House - double bunk ( a small room)
The loung is large, has a double sleeper couch. A sundeck leads from the lounge. A dining room come kitchen.

Downstairs - Groun Floor
Beach Comber - double bed, en-suite bathroom, kichenette, private entrance, sleeps two.

Next Door
The strandloper - Two single beds, en-suite bathroom, kichenette, private entrance, sleeps two.

General
A1 offers a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. Boasts a beautiful picturesque garden, sun deck and shady garden. Safe parking.

Lovely bright sunny rooms which are cool in summer and warm in winter. A fantastic large deck overlooking the ocean. The very best view in 3-Bay, the coastline and Bay, Mountains and Lagoon.

Relax to the rool of the surf.
