Information
Pennygum is an ideal base to explore the Southern Drakensberg of South Africa. You will find us only 6.5km from Underberg, on the Drakensberg Gardens Road. Our three garden cottages have a beautiful setting with magnificent views of the mountains and a peaceful country atmosphere. Our Family Cottage sleeps 9 people, Lavender Cottage 2 adults and a child and African Dreams Rondawel 2 adults. They are all tastefully decorated and are serviced daily.

Accommodation
Our Family Cottage is double story, with its own entrance and garden area. It sleeps 9 in two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a dormitory room. The cottage has two bathrooms and a modern open-plan kitchen with electric appliances. The lounge has an open fireplace and a television. Enjoy a braai on the verandah with magnificent berg views and a peaceful country atmosphere. All beds have electric blankets in winter!

African Dreams Rondawel is tastefully decorated in this theme and sleeps two adults under the comfort and atmosphere of a thatched roof. It has an en-suite shower room. It is equipped with snack facilities, television with satellite channel, and electric blankets in winter. The cottage is nestled under oak trees in its own private garden with bench and braai facilities. The view of Giants Cup from the double bed is breathtaking!

Lavender Cottage is a cozy cottage attractively decorated in this theme and sleeps two adults and a young child. It is fully equipped for self catering, and has a shower room. The cottage has television with satellite channels and electric blankets in winter. The cottage leads out onto a garden with bench and braai facilities

Facilities
• All linen and towels are provided.
• There are laundry facilities, undercover parking and babysitters
• With prior notice other meals and picnic baskets can be arranged
