Penthouse Paradise is a non smoking unit, smoking is permitted on the balcony only
The penthouse is not serviced. Kindly contact Penthouse Paradise to arrange a special tariff to clean
the penthouse during your stay.
Please bring own towels.
Body Corporate rules will be forwarded prior to the stay.
Direct all queries, concerns, defects or breakages to Penthouse Paradise immediately.
Secured bookings are confirmation that these terms and conditions have been read, understood and is
therefore binding.
Deposit and Cancellations
50% non-refundable deposit to secure booking
Balance payable 14 days prior to arrival
Cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit
75% of total tariff
Cancellations within 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit
100% of total tariff
Damage and key deposit
an additional refundable deposit equalling 20% of the total cost of stay will be payable in advance. (Refunded within 7 days after your return)
